explores the journey of anti-racism, anti-oppression, white culture and dismantling white supremacy, while centering Black liberation and First People’s Sovereignty. We cover U.S history, terminology and decolonization practices. With the outlets of group discussions, creativity and reflections, we begin and continue your journey into decolonization and reshaping culture.

 

What’s Included:

  • Six on-line group sessions with facilitator, Ariel Cavalcante Foster and an 1:1 conversation for a personalized discussion.

  • Weekly resource packets with learning material and worksheets to initiate and expand self-learning.

  • A community dedicated to this work.

By the end of this course, you will experience greater:

clarity on how your innate passion naturally aligns with humanity’s freedom

  • knowledge on the honest history of the US and it’s present day implications

  • tools for addressing racism, calling in others to the conversation and expressing yourself one step at a time

  • connection with your humanity and shared stories

  • confidence on having difficult conversations

  • awareness and acceptance on the process of letting go of white supremacy traits

  • awareness of Black Liberation and First People’s history and present-day movements

  • class-consciousness
